- PRICES: All prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
- TERMS: Net 30 days.
- FREIGHT: F.O.B. Kent, WA or Houston, TX Minimum order $750.00 (F.O.B. Buffalo Dock)
- CLAIMS: Claims for concealed shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. If the claim refers to carton shortages for shipments that have been received and re-taped by the carrier, then a copy of the signed freight bill should be enclosed with your claim.
- RETURNS: Prior written authorization must be obtained from the Seattle Office. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Product must be in original box and in saleable condition.
